The Event Planner Miami By Elizabeth Sofia Creations

About the work

Wedding planners range from full planning to month-of or day-of coordination. A coordinator confirms vendors, builds the timeline and solves problems on the day so the couple and their families do not have to.

Service area: Miami, Florida and nearby.

Good questions to ask before any job

• •Is this full planning, partial, or day-of coordination, and where does each start?
• •How many weddings do you take on the same weekend?
• •Who is the lead on my day, and how many assistants come with them?
• •Do you have preferred vendors, and do you receive referral fees from them?
• •How do you handle vendor payments and the final timeline?
