Use these prompts when you contact vendors listed on Vendor Aisle. This site is a directory only. We do not plan weddings or negotiate on your behalf.

For every vendor

• Are you available on our date and at our venue?
• What is included in the base package versus add-ons?
• What deposit and payment schedule do you require?
• Can you share recent references from similar weddings?

Category-specific

• DJ / MC: Do you bring backup equipment? Will you MC announcements?
• Florist: When do you deliver and set up? What happens if a bloom is out of season?
• Hair & makeup: Do you travel on-site? How long is the trial?
• Planner / day-of: How many hours on the wedding day? Do you coordinate vendor arrivals?
• Catering: Are tasting fees credited? How do you handle dietary restrictions?
• Officiant: Will you customize the ceremony script? Are you licensed in our county?
